YES!+ LEADERSHIP RETREAT

We are organizing the YES!+ Leadership Retreat at UIUC starting September 21st through September 23rd! We are really excited to announce that the course is co-sponsored by SORF and is being offered completely free of charge to UIUC students and Employees (faculty and staff) ! We have limited space available due to the venue and other limitations. Please register as soon as possible to ensure space for yourself.

YES!+ Leadership Retreat

 

When we have more things to do than our energy levels, stress increases. Negative emotions  - anger, regret, sadness, anxiety and fear  - eat up our energy and time putting an unnecessary burden on our efforts. The Yesplus Retreat teaches you practical tools to better handle the stresses of daily life and bring peace, clarity and joy into our lives.


This retreat has been taught in 75 universities around the country (including Harvard and Stanford) in addition to progressive and service-oriented institutions such as Google and the World Bank. 

The "YES" of YES!+ stands for Your Enlightened Side.  Below are some key aspects of the course.

  • Learn Sudarshan Kriya - immensely powerful, it incorporates specific natural rhythms of breath to release stress and purify the entire system by releasing toxins at the deepest cellular level and bring one to meditation.

  • Stretching and low-impact yoga for health, circulation, and physical well-being.

  • Guided meditation and breathing techniques that increase energy and deeply relax the body and mind.

  • Skills for handling negative emotions and situations.

  • Practical wisdom for improving focus at school and harmony in relationships.

  • Guided interactive processes & games... Lots of fun!
